In this episode, David Dodge and Mike Slane talk about Selling Your Wholesale Deals!  They also talk about Building A Cash Buyer List.  These two go hand in hand and are both VERY important parts of the wholesaling business.   The best part is selling your wholesale deals is actually the easiest part of this business, assuming that you do in fact have a DEAL.  Most DEALS sell themselves.  So if you have a DEAL then there are really only 2 reasons that it not selling.   The price is too high or enough people have yet to see it so do more marketing....  Thats it :)
