Only the hardest things PAY WELL!

Waste as little time as you can on the shit that’s easy, because everyone’s doing it.

And when I say everyone I mean the low level business owners you’re in competition with. 

If your goal is to get paid as much as possible you need to be LOOKING for the hardest things to do. And then ATTACKING ALL DAY LONG!

People say work smarter not harder, but that's a lazy man's cop out.

Real winners who are playing this game at an elite level are working smart AND hard.

It’s not enough just to be smart. Your competition is smarter than you! 

They’ve been in the game longer and they have more resources and a greater network than you!

You have to be working as hard as you possibly can everyday just to get in the game and to have a fighting chance.

You need to train yourself to take on as much stress as possible. 

Stress is GOOD FOR YOU. 

Stop believing the lies!

Stress makes you stronger. Stress makes you sharper. Stress makes you more intelligent. Stress makes you a better speaker. Stress makes you more money. Everything about stress is good for you.

Stop believing the lies that stress is bad for you. That’s exactly how they keep you dumb, weak, and poor!

You should be chasing the hardest things everyday. Knock on doors. Go drive for dollars and add as many distressed houses as you can to your marketing list. Send out direct mail to as much of your list as you can afford and put real effort into your copy so that it STANDS OUT and they call you. 

And cold call, follow up, send text messages, and emails to as many leads in your pipeline as you can everyday to remind people of your business!

ALSO, NETWORK, NETWORK, NETWORK!

If you put in the work to networking daily, you will eventually find winners that you align with and can do deals with and you will have deals sent your way! But you have to put in the work and EARN IT.

Nothing in life is given. It all must be EARNED!
