One new strategy I’ve been trying out is going block by block through Dealmachine and zillow and marking every house so that I have an entire map of the city and every house I’ve called.

Do this so that you don’t leave any sellers left on the table! Every person in your city should know who you are!

Persevere no matter what

Give everything you have everyday and refuse to quit. You have to win. You have to get what you want. No one else is going to do the work for you to become the person you want to be.
