Stay in the game long enough to win
Most people just don’t have the stamina to last in this industry.
Real Estate is not for the weak. You have to teach yourself to be strong and courageous every day if you want to win.
You’re never gonna get the life of your dreams if you’re not willing to do things other people just don’t have it in them to do.
I promise you if you just don’t quit, you will win.
If you stay relentless with sellers and never give up and keep doing the right things everyday you'll see sellers who once asked for prices well above market value end up selling to you at a deep discount.
You may already have deals sitting in your pipeline right now! But they won’t materialize unless you’ve had 40-50 interactions with the seller whether it’s through texts, emails, phone calls, or voicemails.
That’s just how this business works. For some reason, people always hesitate to sell at a discount right away, but persistence will break down those barriers over time.
Be prepared for lots of conversations. This is a people business, and the more comfortable you are with that, the more successful you'll be.
