What’s most important?

Do the hardest things.

What’s most important is that you do the hardest things.

The hardest things are where all the opportunity and growth is.

Don’t feel good about doing the easy things. Those are expected and that’s where most people will gravitate to.

The easy things will give you the illusion that you’re working hard, but you’re not.

You’re only working hard and trying your absolute best if you are doing the hardest things that you HATE doing more than anything.

The hardest things in general are where the highest returns on investment are because there’s very little competition.

Anybody can pay for marketing or leads or make a simple picture post online. That’s EASY.

What’s hardest is actually making as many phone calls as you possibly can in a day, following up with everyone you’re supposed to, getting in front of a camera if you need to, running seller appointments and making low offers, and in general DOING THE UNCOMFORTABLE.

Most people don’t like hearing that.

They’d rather live in a fantasy world where money somehow just appears in their bank account without them having to do any real hard work.

THAT IS NOT REAL!

If you wanna upgrade your financial status as quickly as possible you should apply a proven strategy from someone who is really doing things you wanna do and making the kind of money you wanna make.

I will teach you my own unique strategy for finding and generating wholesale deals, fix and flips, slow flips, rental properties, creative deals, and more before the rest of your market!

I’ve been at this business for over 20 years and am not slowing down! In my upcoming free masterclass on September 24th at 8:00PM EST, I will teach you exactly what it takes to succeed at the highest level and how to get your first real estate deal locked up within the next 60 days!

Networking hacks to win more deals
If you’re newer to wholesaling and you wanna be successful, you can’t be afraid to reach out to flippers and landlords. If you don’t know any yet, go to local REIA (Real Estate Investors Association) meetings a couple times a month. Also reach out to people over facebook, cold call people that advertise themselves as cash buyers online, and make posts letting people know you’re looking for ...
Get properties under contract!
If you don’t get properties under contract, you have no inventory and without inventory, making money wholesaling is impossible. Hesitation leads to missed opportunities. Getting more properties under contract increases your chances of doing deals and there’s little to no downside to it. When you’re generating leads and you find a property that could be a deal, even if the numbers feel ti...
Quality lists matter
No matter what form of marketing activity you’re doing, whether you’re making calls, sending direct mail, email or sms blasting, door knocking, etc. It’s really important that you target prospects that show some sort of indicator of motivation. Why is this so important? Why can’t you just call on any random homeowner? Because it’s expensive and time consuming with a very low return on inv...
