You gotta Commit To A Long-Term Vision

I'm not saying you shouldn't have short-term goals, but many

people in the world today wanna get rich or get in killer shape

overnight and think they can outsmart the world.

But the truth is that that's just another form of procrastination

and laziness that our minds are easily drawn to.

It's natural for us to want to avoid the YEARS of hard work that

are necessary to become great and find a way to reach our

goals in a shorter time frame.

But you're out here competing against people who have been

at this for DECADES.

And it doesn't make sense for the world to reward people who

have a get-rich-quick mindset or who take shortcuts.

The truth is, you are a product of your daily habits, not your

daily habits for a few weeks or months..

You are the sum of your daily habits added up over YEARS.

You have to commit in your mind to YEARS of hard work

otherwise you're gonna compromise your daily habits.

If you think success is gonna happen for you quickly, then

you're more likely to compromise today because it's just one

day.

The more you compromise, the longer it's gonna take for you

to get to where you wanna go.

A doctor has to commit to 40,000+ work hours to be

considered a bare minimum professional. 8-10 years.

Imagine if you applied that same level of dedication and

commitment to your real estate business?

You'd make way more than 400 grand! I promise you that.

With 1-2 years of complete dedication, I've seen students and

friends make more than that just wholesaling.

Will the same happen for you?

Well, that depends...

How bad do you really want it?

A lot of people say they want something really bad, but when

no one's watching, they're compromising their commitments.

How far you go will depend on what you do when no one is

watching.

What makes someone great is what they do when the stands

are empty.

It's easy to work hard when everyone's watching you and

holding you accountable.

But it's not easy to get up every day and keep doing the same

mundane shit over and over and over again for YEARS while

no one is watching or supporting you.

That's what it takes to win at the highest level.

So if you're ready to make the LONG-term commitment to

taking your real estate business seriously and making the kind

of money that will change your family's life forever, then you

need to become a member of Real Estate Skool!

It's only $27/mo right now, and I've filled it with all the best

content and information you need to start making life-changing

real estate deals happen as quickly as possible.

Imagine what a $30,000 wholesale deal would do for you right

now?

For some people, that kind of money would drastically help out

their family's financial situation.

Wholesale deals are not complicated. But you do have to

commit to a lot of hard and uncomfortable work.

You have to either make a lot of phone calls, knock on a lot of

doors, send mail, drive for dollars, or invest money into some

other form of marketing to get leads coming to you.

You can't avoid the hard work and just expect money to

appear in your bank account without contributing any value to

the world.

Networking hacks to win more deals
If you’re newer to wholesaling and you wanna be successful, you can’t be afraid to reach out to flippers and landlords. If you don’t know any yet, go to local REIA (Real Estate Investors Association) meetings a couple times a month. Also reach out to people over facebook, cold call people that advertise themselves as cash buyers online, and make posts letting people know you’re looking for ...
Get properties under contract!
If you don’t get properties under contract, you have no inventory and without inventory, making money wholesaling is impossible. Hesitation leads to missed opportunities. Getting more properties under contract increases your chances of doing deals and there’s little to no downside to it. When you’re generating leads and you find a property that could be a deal, even if the numbers feel ti...
Quality lists matter
No matter what form of marketing activity you’re doing, whether you’re making calls, sending direct mail, email or sms blasting, door knocking, etc. It’s really important that you target prospects that show some sort of indicator of motivation. Why is this so important? Why can’t you just call on any random homeowner? Because it’s expensive and time consuming with a very low return on inv...
